My Workout Was Extreme....But I Wasn't.
Today I went light on the weights and it felt like I had added weights on instead! Not sure what that is all about but, I had not lifted anything in a few days except for my fork this weekend. Still, I had a great sweat and I focused more on my form and getting everything out of every rep.
